All Photography, art and poetry will be displayed on a web site dedicated for this competition after the submission deadline of October 1, 2012.
A profile of the artists/contributor may be included in the web site, if so desired by the contributor.

A panel will announce winners from the top three categories at a gala evening in Ottawa. See Selection process below.
With approval of the contributors, the Ottawa Fertility Centre will display artwork within the Ottawa Fertility. Centre for the next year as a means to inspire patients and reinforce the notion that they are not alone in their struggles.
With the approval of the artist/contributor, the Ottawa Fertility Centre would also like to display submissions at public venues from time to time to generate awareness of infertility and the artists.

A small multidisciplinary panel made up of 2 patients and 3 local artists (photographer, painter, writer), has been assembled to review the submissions. The panel will review submissions between October 1 and October 8 and will select the top 10 submissions in each category.
Seletion will not be based solely on technical or artistic skill alone, but on the sentiment conveyed through the work that is reflective of the theme and spirit of the competition - expressions of infertility.
The 10 frinalists will be highlighted on this web site by or around October 11th. The public will be able to view and comment on submissions between October 11tha nd October 24th. Awards will be announced at a finale event on October 25th in Ottawa.
